We are seeking a professional to drive the adoption of digital workplace technologies across our organization.

  • Stay updated on product roadmaps and new features of current productivity tools, identifying relevant features for employees.
  • Research industry trends and best practices in workplace solutions, identifying opportunities for reapplication.
  • Analyze current solution usage, establishing baseline metrics.
  • Develop and execute adoption programs to increase adoption and usage, involving training, communications, and hands-on support.
  • Deploy new features or implement incremental changes.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to end-users.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Mural, Mendix).
  • 3 years driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ITIL foundation certification is preferred.
  • Able to multitask with strong attention to detail.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Self-motivated, proactive individual who requires minimal supervision.
