Your Role

As an employee, you will be hired for a unique role within a target Client's company. We value long-term partnerships and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client's business for multiple years.

You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success.

  • Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
  • Bi-weekly team meetings
  • Monthly reviews

About The Client

We are seeking a detail-obsessed Virtual Paralegal who is eager to learn and grow within our legal operations team. This client-centered estate planning law firm values precision, consistency, and excellence.

This position requires transferable skills, but no prior experience is required—a sharp eye for detail, a commitment to excellence, and an appreciation for structure and systems is essential.

Responsibilities
  1. Accurately enter and review client data into drafting software systems
  2. Draft legal documents using provided software, templates, and checklists
  3. Proofread and edit documents to eliminate errors and ensure consistency
  4. Conduct document reviews for formatting, grammar, and internal consistency
Requirements
