
Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to support our HR function as a People Operations Coordinator.
This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of people operations activities and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the People team to deliver an exceptional experience for all employees.
- Provide timely support to employee inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and continually improving our People Operations capabilities.
- Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
- Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR correspondence in our HRIS.
- Manage employee data in our HRIS while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Ensure employee experience processes are met, eg referral payments, sign-on bonuses, etc.
- Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
