Human Resources Generalist Job

This role will focus on supporting the APAC region's HR function, providing expert advice and guidance to employees and management. Key responsibilities include answering team members' questions, maintaining our HRIS system, owning global projects, partnering with managers and employees, working as a global partner to colleagues, processing new hires, providing support for benefits enrollment, coordinating introductory reviews, liaising with payroll, creating purchase orders, conducting regular audits, and continually improving processes.

About This Role
  • We are seeking an exceptional candidate with a track record of achievement from high school and graduate studies.
  • Prior internship experience in HR or a related field is beneficial, particularly in the technology industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Able to prioritize complex workloads, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and results-orientated with a clear focus on accuracy.
  • High level of honesty, integrity, and ability to handle confidential data.
  • Flexible attitude and easily adaptable to change.
