HR Leadership Position

System Soft seeks a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to drive customized human resources leadership across multiple facets of HR.

The successful candidate will interface openly and effectively with all employees to ensure that HR programs and initiatives are enhancing business results while maintaining a positive, employee-centric culture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve business objectives, employee engagement, productivity, and development of HR.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
  • Create, implement, and measure employee engagement and other culture-centric initiatives.
  • Work closely with international HR staff to align HR processes across all global offices with the company's mission, vision, and core values.
  • Assess cultural fit during corporate interviews.
  • Support management in complex, sensitive situations, including disciplinary action, staff reductions, and involuntary terminations.
  • Analyze trends and develop metrics to meet key business objectives and goals.
  • Prepare reports and oversee regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze HR policies and processes for improvements.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
  • Partner with payroll team for compliance.
  • Manage group benefit plans.
  • Point of contact for investigations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in Human Resources required.
  • US HR experience preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM Certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, EEO Compliance, Worker's Compensation, Unemployment Claims processing, and COBRA.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality demonstrated.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge required.
  • Experience with ADP preferred.
