Job Title: HR Generalist

Promoting employee welfare is a top priority for the HR Generalist. This role involves resolving human relations problems and promoting employee health and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in Human Resource Business Partnering, labor relations or employee relations, preferably in the Business Process Outsourcing industry. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to implement strategic retention tools and activities
  • Coordinate with various units to implement programs, actions, policies, and procedures that impact assigned accounts
  • Ensure compliance with HR programs and initiatives
  • Manage employee engagement activities, offer counseling services, and handle employee complaints
  • Escalate complex issues to senior HR representatives and determine employee eligibility for transfer, promotion, or rehire
