Key Responsibilities

The role involves developing and maintaining systems for organizing and storing internal documents, reports, and knowledge resources. This includes designing digital filing systems, knowledge repositories, and databases to improve accessibility and usability.

Additionally, the Data Management Associate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and managing datasets to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy. They will also analyze and generate reports from data sets to support planning, monitoring, and evaluation activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Data Science, Library Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with knowledge management systems and data tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured and unstructured information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different teams and departments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience or familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
