Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Knowledge Management Support Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about knowledge management and wants to make a real impact in this field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and leading documentation initiatives with vendor-knowledge managers, vendor leaders, and governance teams. They will also act as a liaison between vendors and stakeholders when producing or updating service records documents (SRDs) or articles during project implementation, new initiatives, or maintenance efforts.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ServiceNow and experience in technical documentation, particularly in ServiceNow. They should also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess strong time management and multi-tasking skills, as well as excellent organizational skills with an emphasis on detail and follow-up.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any course, preferably computer-related
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Experience in technical documentation, specifically in ServiceNow (at least 2-3 years)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes, Active Directory, and other Service Desk related applications
  • Technical service experience and strong customer service orientation (at least 3 years in Customer Service/Technical Support)
  • Experience in support of a dynamic Service Desk environment covering desktop and application troubleshooting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with an emphasis on detail and follow-up
  • Able to work in a rotating schedule
  • Able to work in minimal supervision
