Job Description

Ride with RYDE N' GO MOTORCYCLE as we seek an exceptional Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking assigned accounts and identifying outstanding debts.

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled professional who can plan effective courses of action to recover outstanding payments. As a key member of our team, you will be tasked with locating and contacting debtors to inquire about their payment status. Your strong negotiation skills will come in handy when negotiating payoff deadlines or payment plans. Additionally, you will handle questions and complaints from debtors in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
* Track assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
* Plan and execute effective strategies to recover outstanding payments
* Locate and contact debtors to inquire about payment status
* Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans with debtors
* Handle questions and complaints from debtors in a timely and professional manner
* Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account information
* Build trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* High level of integrity and professionalism
* Experience in debt recovery or a related field is preferred but not necessary
