Job Description:

Ryde N' Go Motorcycle is seeking a skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing assigned accounts and identifying outstanding debts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute strategies to recover outstanding payments
  • Locate and contact debtors to inquire about their payment status
  • Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans with debtors
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account records
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account status and database information
  • Communicate with superiors regarding debtors who are unwilling or unable to pay

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with debt recovery principles and practices
