Gardenia Bakeries Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse to join our team at Gardenia Bakeries (Phils.), Inc.

• Health and Safety Management: Assess employee health risks, provide first aid when required, and promote overall well-being.
• Schedule and Setup: Work 6 days a week with rotational shifting schedules (8-12 hours) and work onsite.

• Assess employees' health needs and administer medical treatment as needed.
• Monitor patients' conditions, document recovery progress, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide first aid treatments in emergency situations, particularly during pandemics.
• Familiarize yourself with and adhere to relevant medical care, health, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate referrals for medical evaluations and monitor applicants' medical status.
• Support the company doctor in retrieving medical documents and results for evaluation purposes.

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from a recognized institution.
• Certifications: Registered nurse with an updated Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) card.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role; experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Skills: Training in Standard First Aid, Basic Life Support, and Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH).
• Location: Must be able to start immediately and preferably reside nearby Misamis, Tagoloan.

We offer a competitive salary of P550,000 - P650,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for growth and development within the company. Please note that this estimate is based on industry standards and may vary according to individual circumstances.
