About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for reminding clients of their loan payments and collecting outstanding balances. Additionally, they will be required to gather proof of payment or documentation from clients as needed, and issue demand letters when necessary. The Loan Recovery Specialist will also monitor assigned accounts and perform other related tasks as assigned by the Immediate Head/Management.
