About the Role

At Gardenia Bakeries (Phils.), Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Care Professional to join our team as an Onsite Healthcare Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in providing first aid and medical care to employees. The role involves assessing employees' health needs, providing appropriate medical treatment, and overseeing patients' recovery and progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess employee health needs and provide timely medical interventions;
  • Administer basic life support and first aid treatments, including CPR and wound management;
  • Monitor patients' conditions, document their recovery, and communicate with relevant stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with the company doctor to ensure seamless healthcare delivery;
  • Maintain accurate records of medical incidents, injuries, and illnesses;
  • Conduct regular health risk assessments and implement control measures to prevent workplace injuries;
  • Develop and implement health promotion programs to enhance employee well-being;
  • Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field;
  • Valid PRC registration and up-to-date license;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing setting;
  • Training in Standard First Aid, Basic Life Support, and Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and software.
