Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the performance of agents, ensuring key metrics are consistently met or surpassed.
  • Provide regular coaching and personalized guidance to empower team members in their roles.
  • Conduct bi-annual evaluations and offer recommendations for growth, promotions, or recognition opportunities.
  • Foster a positive, supportive work environment that promotes high performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a customer service context.
  • Proven background in e-commerce customer service, with Shopify, BigCommerce, or Amazon experience an asset.
  • Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with support tools like G Suite, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Gorgias.
  • Ability to manage KPIs, attendance, and performance with precision.
  • Experience in regular team coaching, one-on-one mentoring, and performance reviews.
  • Capacity to assess team well-being and provide support when needed.
  • Analytical skills to create, interpret, and act on performance reports.
