Job Title

We are seeking a skilled customer service leader to oversee our team and provide exceptional support to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership, sales, and telecommunications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer escalations and concerns via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, email, and text. They will work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient case management and closure.

The key responsibilities of this role include identifying process gaps, implementing improvements to enhance team effectiveness, tracking team KPIs, and conducting regular training sessions and refreshers on escalation handling, credit procedures, and regulatory compliance.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via various communication channels
  • Oversee cases involving credit holds, overdue accounts, disputes, and delinquencies
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient case management and closure
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance team effectiveness
  • Track team KPIs and conduct regular training sessions and refreshers
