We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, managing teams effectively, and driving business results.
Job DescriptionThe Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training and developing team members, monitoring customer interactions and feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
In addition, the Customer Service Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded. This includes collaborating with sales, marketing, design, and operations teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong experience managing a team and fostering a collaborative, customer-centric culture
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients and teams effectively
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer service platforms and CRM tools
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships
