We are looking for a driven individual to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role involves providing a seamless candidate experience from start to finish and building trusting relationships with managers, interviewers, recruiters and HRBP's to collaborate and drive performance.

">Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support a fast-paced Talent Acquisition department with all interview scheduling.
  • Run point on all onboarding tasks and questions for new hires; including but not limited to: background check management and US I-9 verification paperwork.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and optimizing scheduling efficiency.
Qualifications
  • A degree in any field, preferably related to human resources or psychology.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or project coordination, especially in high-growth / fast paced environments.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with Workday as an ATS and scheduling tool experience.
