About This Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of labor laws, and experience in employee relations, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and offboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and enhance human resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage employee concerns, inquiries, and grievances while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate company events and oversee employee records management to foster collaboration and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR functions, including employee counseling and conflict resolution.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to maintain accurate records.
