Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform import customs manifest back-office tasks and collaborate with internal teams.

  • Coordinate with Front Office and Customer Service teams to support operations.

  • Manage transactional processes, import manifests and reporting using tools such as Excel, Business Intelligence and local country systems.

  • Liaise with customs brokers to ensure smooth ocean import operations.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Demonstrate strong communication capabilities in an international environment.

  • Ocean import knowledge and experience.

  • Strong time management to complete tasks on time.

  • A proactive attitude to foresee irregularities and propose alternative solutions.

  • Ability to work under pressure to cope with periods of high workload and tight timelines.

  • Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines when required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any course.

  • 3 years' work experience in international logistics or freight forwarding.

  • Experience to handle import customs is a plus.

  • Flexible working arrangement available.
