About the Role
  • We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accurate processing of various transactions, including Domestic and Foreign Letters of Credit Opening, LC Negotiation – IB Booking, TR Booking and Full Payment, DA/DP/OA/DR Booking, Negotiations and Payments, Final Customs Duties Payments, Export LC Advising, Negotiations and Payments, Export Payments via Telegraphic Transfers, Long Outstanding/Expired Letter of Credit, Past Due Accounts, and Closely coordinating with ITG on other modifications of the Trade System.
  • The successful candidate will generate all monthly reports via the Trade Finance System and reconcile against Trade balances, Sign debit/credit advices, Letters of Credit and other trade related documents, Prepare various correspondences/swift reply to inform the correspondent bank of the proper disposition of the transactions, Post daily transactions and ensure that the corresponding entries are correct, Attend to the inquiries of internal and external clients, Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time, and Supervise preparation of monthly reports – Loan Portfolio and Other Accommodations, O/S Standby LC Domestic, O/S Acceptances, Contingent Liabilities of Non-Residents.
Requirements
  • A minimum of an Associate level in relevant field is required.
