  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Import/Export Registration
  • Consol Listing and Registration
  • Shipment Registration
  • Edoc/Uploading of Docs
  • Sending pre-arrival notifications and outturn reports
  • Bill of Lading creation
  • Brokerage job registration
  • Flight schedule management and updates
  • Shipment auto rating
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1-year experience in freight forwarding or logistics
  • Experience with import/export shipment data entry
  • Excellent attention to detail and keyboard skills
  • Knowledge of EDI Cargo Wise (an advantage)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and computer literacy
  • An ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
