This is a mid-senior level position with a focus on consulting and information technology.

The role involves executing day-to-day activities of Workday HCM project support for various client contracts, providing subject matter expertise on Workday best practices, conducting sessions with clients to analyze business requirements and provide solutions to complex business problems.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent, and 3 years' experience in Workday implementation and/or post-production support with direct client interaction.

A strong consulting and presentation skill set is required, along with the ability to effectively manage client expectations. Strong analytical mindset and usage of analytics and reporting tools are also essential.
