Role Overview:

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will work with our global customer base to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions.
  • You will collaborate closely with team members and independently manage your workload.
  • You will support junior team members while sharing your knowledge with them.
Key Requirements:
  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification is required, with US payroll experience being a must.
  • You should have experience in a customer-facing consulting environment with strong communication skills.
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics are necessary.
  • You should be able to plan your own workload and meet deadlines.
  • You should be aware of the importance of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies.
Nice to Have:
  • Australian Payroll Experience would be beneficial.
  • Experience in post-deployment services would also be advantageous.
