Job Title

An experienced Workday Benefits Consultant is sought after to drive value to clients by delivering innovative ideas and effective solutions.

This role requires the consultant to foster the development of other consultants by sharing expertise and collaborate effectively with team members on complex tasks and requirements.

The ideal candidate will have current Workday Benefits Certification, 4+ years configuring and implementing HCM/Benefits Solutions, and previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.

  • Configure and implement Workday HCM product suite with deep expertise in U.S. Benefits
  • Lead deployment teams in gathering and documenting client business requirements, designing and configuring the Workday solution, demonstrating configurations through prototype systems, assisting in testing the Workday solution, and completing knowledge transfer to clients
  • Collaborate with data conversion teams to help convert legacy data into Workday
  • Assist integration consulting teams in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, collaborating effectively with team members
  • Foster clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices
  • Maintain clients' ongoing satisfaction, ensuring they are referenceable and referable once in production
  • Provide regular status reports to project managers, keeping them apprised of overall project status
