  • We are looking for a candidate with deep expertise in Workday Payroll product suite, particularly in Absence & Time Tracking.
  • The ideal candidate will lead a deployment team or coach others to successfully gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients.
About This Job

This role involves working with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday. You will also assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions. Additionally, you will mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model, coach others on product knowledge, communicate clearly and concisely, collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects, and facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices.

  • Maintain clients' ongoing satisfaction, ensuring we are referenceable and referable once in production.
  • Provide regular status reports to project managers keeping them apprised of overall project status.
  • Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Current Workday Time Tracking Certification.
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing a combination of Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
  • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking.
