Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Trade Spend Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to clients through distributor/retailer back-up retrieval, collections, and transaction processing.

This is an exciting opportunity to participate in and help shape our customer's journey to the Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate distributor, direct, and logistics portals to gather required backup documentation.
  • Maintain an Excel spreadsheet that tracks missing deduction backup items.
  • Communicate with engineers when the web scraper does not work as expected.
  • Maintain manuals for each distributor and direct account, explaining the details of their customer portals.
  • Create and send email reports to clients with status updates twice a month.
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in trade promotion management.
  • A background or education in accounting.
  • Business-level English fluency required.
  • Beginner knowledge of SaaS products preferred, including Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite.
  • Experience working in a startup and comfortable with change.
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and fosters a desire to serve customers and create win-win partnerships.
