Virtual Support Specialist Role

The Position
  • SUPPORT A PROPTRADE BUSINESS THROUGH TRADE DATA TRACKING, EXECUTION OVERSIGHT, FINANCIAL DASHBOARD MANAGEMENT, AND ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATION.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Create and maintain trade tracking systems in Google Sheets or analytics tools.
  2. Track live trade data (entry/exit time, price, profit/loss, spread, strategy tag, session, time of day).
  3. Maintain summary statistics per strategy and per pair.
  4. Build and update a master financial dashboard for prop firm accounts, payouts, and profits.
  5. Deliver concise daily reports at rollover.
  6. Monitor strategies at Forex rollover daily.
  7. Troubleshoot and escalate trade execution issues immediately.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience working with MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with AI automation tools or workflow systems
  • Coding experience related to trading algorithm development or system integration
