End-to-End Sales Representative (B2B Outbound Campaign)

This is a chance to excel in a dynamic B2B sales environment, focusing on outbound outreach to cold leads and prospective clients. As an End-to-End Sales Representative, you will employ consultative and solution-based sales approaches to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceed assigned sales targets by proactively identifying and converting potential leads through consultative selling techniques.
  • Cultivate and maintain ongoing contact with prospects via phone and email in a fast-paced environment.
  • Address objections and concerns raised by customers, employing persuasive communication skills to influence decision makers.
  • Manage the sales funnel and nurture leads from initial contact to successful closure, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategize and execute sales activities aligned with the organization's growth objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in B2B outbound sales, encompassing end-to-end sales.
  • At least 3 years of account management experience and/or a history of client-focused solutions selling.
  • Active listening and persuasive communication skills, with a track record of cultivating and sustaining customer relationships that drive revenue.
  • Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management, self-motivated in a performance-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems is highly valued.
Work Arrangements
  • Remote work arrangement, requiring a quiet and private workspace at home.
  • Computer meeting minimum qualifications: Windows with Core i5 or higher; 8GB RAM or higher; MAC is not supported.
  • Bandwidth: Download ≥ 6 Mbps; Upload ≥ 6 Mbps.
  • Dual monitors (19 inches) and a headset are required.
