Job Title: Healthcare Account Team Lead
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team of account managers to drive business growth and expand market share.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
- Streamline processes, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimize resources to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: 3-5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare BPO or similar setup.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare operations, DME, claims, and HIPAA.
- Skillset: Excellent team management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience with CRM systems and remote work environments preferred.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years in a leadership role within a healthcare BPO or similar environment.
- Skills: Proven team management, coaching, and escalation resolution skills, familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare systems, proficiency in CRM, workforce tools, and Microsoft Office, and remote/hybrid work experience a plus.
