Our U.S. partner is a leading provider of digital medical imaging services, delivering advanced diagnostic solutions through patient-friendly outpatient centers. We are looking for an experienced BPO Healthcare Operations Manager to lead operations for a Healthcare Account that supports these specialized services.

This leadership role will oversee multiple Lines of Business (LOBs)—including Healthcare Billing, Call Center Support, Appointment Scheduling, and Fax Labeling teams—with a focus on operational accuracy, compliance, and service excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily operations across multiple healthcare LOBs supporting imaging care centers.
  • Drive consistent achievement of KPIs/SLAs for billing accuracy, call handling, appointment scheduling, and documentation.
  • Manage and mentor Team Leaders and frontline staff, fostering accountability and performance.
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based client stakeholders to provide updates, resolve concerns, and ensure seamless coordination with New Jersey imaging centers.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data privacy, and U.S. healthcare regulations.
  • Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and engagement to optimize productivity and retention.
  • Manage site P&L, budgets, and resources to support account growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 8–10 years of BPO leadership experience, including 5+ years in healthcare account management.
  • Strong expertise in healthcare billing, appointment scheduling, and patient support.
  • Proven success managing multifunctional teams/LOBs in a high-volume environment.
  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Site Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. healthcare standards and HIPAA compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills.
  • Strong financial and analytical abilities, with experience managing budgets and reporting.
