About Us

We are looking for a detail-oriented leader to oversee the daily operations of our Healthcare Benefit Section. The successful candidate will ensure efficient PhilHealth claim processing, monitor staff performance, enforce policies, and implement strategic plans to meet organizational goals.


Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations, including personnel activities and claims monitoring.
  • Review staff competency and implement development programs.
  • Arrange work schedules for the team.
  • Oversee final checking and submission of PhilHealth claims for both in-patient and out-patient cases.
  • Ensure accuracy of attached documents and maintain proper filing to PHIC.
  • Coordinate with PhilHealth regarding claim processing, payments, and updated circulars.
  • Facilitate orientation for new staff, including routine tasks and quality processes.
  • Prepare internal and external communication related to PHIC issues.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategic plans.
  • Attend PhilHealth-related seminars, trainings, and symposiums.
  • Implement and monitor quality management systems in the section.
  • Submit quality reports, tabulations, and performance evaluations.
  • Disseminate newly approved documents from Quality Management.
  • Review and monitor advisories and circulars from PhilHealth.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the superior.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or equivalent.
  • Preferably knowledgeable in PhilHealth processes.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Willing to attend seminars and trainings.
  • Quick thinker with clear decision-making skills.
  • Capable of enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Good moral character; dependable, responsible, and loyal.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Open to new challenges and continuous learning (including ICD-10 and related certifications).
