We're seeking a skilled and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our team. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars to ensure seamless meetings and deadlines.
  2. Handle inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and accuracy.
  3. Enter and maintain data in spreadsheets, CRM systems, and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.
  4. Organize digital files and documents, creating a clear and accessible filing system.
  5. Assist in tracking project deadlines and follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  6. Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to streamline workflows and facilitate communication.
  7. Conduct research on various topics as needed, compiling findings into concise reports or presentations.
  8. Monitor and report on project progress, providing updates to supervisors.

Requirements:

  1. Multiple years of experience in a virtual assistant or administrative role.
  2. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  3. Ability to multitask and handle a wide range of responsibilities independently.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
