HR Solutions Expert 1 is responsible for providing best-in-class service experiences in an HR shared service center. Essential functions include following defined processes and work instructions, mastering various HR and service systems, providing excellent customer service, and managing customer and stakeholder expectations. The Solutions Expert 1 will collaborate with other teams to provide services or resolve employee issues related to onboarding, statutory compliance, benefits administration, and must have in-depth knowledge of processes related to onboarding, employee lifecycle, and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide excellent service and demonstrate mastery of at least two core programs supported by the HR Solutions Center.
  2. Offer advisory support to employees regarding corporate and statutory regulations and policies via phone, chat, ticket, or email.
  3. Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, partnering with recruiters and leaders to fulfill scheduling requests and manage onsite candidate experiences.
  4. Manage compliance requirements for new hires and other reviews, including initiating background checks, reviewing findings against standards, and making pass/fail determinations in partnership with HRBP and Recruiting teams. Handle escalated issues with leadership.
  5. Support new employee onboarding by collecting pre-employment requirements and updating HR systems.
  6. Process invoices and manage purchase orders to support HR operations, reviewing invoices, managing processing in finance systems, and maintaining purchase orders.
  7. Ensure all process documentation and policies are current.
  8. Support vital programs such as managing the Employee Referral Program payments, maintaining the Job Description Library, creating offer letters, responding to employment verification requests, administering payroll inputs, and issuing certificates or letters (e.g., COE, Philhealth MDR).

Maintain data integrity of HR systems and handle personally identifiable information (PII) in accordance with company policies and complete required privacy training. Report any suspected loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of PII to the appropriate teams.

  • Participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks critical to HR delivery, including onboarding, employee lifecycle, offboarding, and supporting events or projects.

Display dependability by maintaining punctuality and attendance.
