Job Overview

This is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional opportunity to support financial operations and general business tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and record financial transactions in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries for the Finance Director & CEO.
  • Assist with tax preparation and compliance as needed.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable with professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on bookkeeping/accounting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of remote work experience.
  • Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, or FreshBooks.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to handle confidential financial information securely.
