Financial Operations Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Operations Associate to support our growing team. If you have a strong foundation in bookkeeping, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy wearing many hats across financial operations, this role is for you.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and journal entries.
  • Process invoices, refunds, and credits, and assist with collections.
  • Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve finance-related issues.
  • Support ad-hoc financial operations tasks and data entry.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth financial workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or bookkeeping.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Highly organized and dependable with solid time management.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can work independently without frequent escalation.
  • Comfortable working with communication tools like Slack and Gmail.

What We're Looking For:
