Job DescriptionAs a Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via chat and email.
Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with customers, resolve their issues efficiently, and ensure they have a positive experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
You should also have at least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a strong background in trading, investments, or blockchain.
Additionally, you should be proficient in using CRM systems and have experience working with live chats.
Preferred Qualifications:- Native Dutch language skills.
- Experience in technical support.
- Analytical and research skills.
