Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a BPO customer service role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work night shifts and adapt to changing priorities
