Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 6 months experience in a BPO customer service role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work night shifts and adapt to changing priorities
