Key Responsibilities
• Provide prompt and efficient customer support through multiple channels, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Address customer issues and complaints, resolving them efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Guide customers in account setup, updates, and troubleshooting account-related issues.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Keep records of customer interactions, including inquiries, comments, and actions taken, in the client's system.
• Ensure continuous end-to-end support to deliver a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
Requirements
- Fresh Graduates in any course or SHS Graduate/undergraduate studies for two years.
- Computer literate and able to work with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Good communication skills (English; written and verbal).
- Willing to be assigned to shifting schedules (day, mid, and night).
- Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.
