HR Generalist Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources operations and be able to provide exceptional support to employees.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Human Resources Manager and VP of HR to implement human resources programs, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health, and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing human resources programs and providing human resources services.
  • Preparing paperwork, scheduling, and facilitating new hire onboarding processes.
  • Handling administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.
  • Providing an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees.
  • Communicating, interpreting, and upholding employee handbooks, directories, and organizational charts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations.
  • Expert level working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and ATS Systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
