Job Title

Digital Pathway Support Specialist

This role involves providing configuration and testing support for SaaS applications, ensuring seamless user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Configure digital patient pathways based on clinical and administrative workflows within the Personify Care platform.
  • Convert static patient forms into dynamic digital assessments and PDF templates.
  • Configure assessment skip logic and dashboard alerts for clinical assessments.
  • Validate and test the user experience of configured pathways and identify/implement improvements.
  • First-line investigation and resolution of issues within pathway configurations, escalating to customer success teams or engineering teams where necessary.
  • Update documentation, track customer requirements, and maintain status reporting of tasks and activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in configuring and testing SaaS applications.
  • Proactive, disciplined, with attention to detail, consistently delivering to deadlines, and clear communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with excellent time management skills.
  • Familiarity with nursing, clinical, and hospital workflows would be advantageous.
  • Comfortable in customer-facing roles and supporting technology solutions.
