We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to provide high-quality support to our care teams in the aged care and disability sector. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, deliver excellent customer service, and manage administrative tasks with attention to detail.
The role is crucial in ensuring the smooth coordination of services for clients, and the right candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and experience working in a similar field.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and in-person enquiries.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the care teams.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating services for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Escalate clinical or case management issues to the relevant care team member.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration and customer service within the aged care or disability sector.
- Experience working with Australian clients.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and client management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
