Accounting Professional Wanted

We seek a highly organized and detail-focused individual to manage billing and collections with precision and professionalism. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely payments, accurate records, and clear communication with vendors and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter client information and process credit applications through relevant agencies.
  • Process prepayments on sales orders and follow up on delinquent accounts for customers with outstanding balances or new orders.
  • Apply check or credit card prepayments to the appropriate accounts and verify account discrepancies by obtaining and reviewing information from customer care and customers.
  • Research and process credit memos and adjustments, maintaining detailed records of customer communications and collections activities.
  • Assist in monthly closing and AR-related reporting tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an office or accounting role with a focus on accounts payable and/or accounts receivable.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours including overnight shifts.
