Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Associate to support our finance team. This entry-level role involves processing invoices, assisting with payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Ideal for fresh graduates eager to start a career in finance, the role requires strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing vendor invoices and payment transactions.
  • Help prepare payment runs and ensure timely disbursements.
  • Support account reconciliations and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records of accounts payable activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on payment-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates; prior internship in a finance role is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn.
