As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring stores are well-stocked. Your primary responsibility will be to place accurate orders and communicate effectively with on-the-ground teams through phone and text to coordinate daily operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in mathematics is advantageous, as is having a designated home office space with at least 50 Mbps internet speed.

In this position, you will troubleshoot operational issues, accurately track team hours and activities, and hold team members accountable for their responsibilities and performance. You will also contribute to the company's broader mission of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

You will serve as a coordinator between the back office and merchandising team in the field, utilize SOP software to quickly create or update standard operating procedures, and use Slack for communication within the operations team.
