Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of business operations while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute key operations audits by conducting follow-up calls to customers and understanding their concerns, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present high-quality reports of audit findings and recommendations to management, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting corrective actions.
  • Identify critical risk and control indicators for assigned audit areas, proactively addressing potential issues and maintaining a secure environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for risk assessment and management processes, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough audit-related investigations as directed by management, providing objective findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Evaluate and revise internal controls and operational policies/procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Assure past audit recommendations are implemented in the current audit process, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
