Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to manage the financial aspects of our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and finance, with a solid understanding of billing, accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliation processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Billing and Invoicing: Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve discrepancies.
- Accounts Receivable: Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments, monitor customer accounts for delayed payments, and prepare aging reports.
- Debt Follow-Up: Contact clients with overdue invoices via phone or official letters, maintain a log of collection activities, and collaborate with sales or legal teams as needed.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, and sub-ledgers, identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
