Creative Project Manager Role

Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Creative Project Manager to spearhead creative projects for our organization. This position requires a high level of expertise and organizational skills to coordinate and execute strategies that elevate clients' online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and lead calls with clients to understand and document project requirements, acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams.
  • Manage and organize project files in cloud-based storage solutions such as Google Drive and Dropbox, ensuring all client documents are accessible and up-to-date.
  • Create and manage tasks based on client requirements, providing clear, actionable instructions for the design team.
  • Partner with designers and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows from initiation to completion, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are completed on time.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working with creative teams, particularly designers, in a project management capacity.
  • Proficiency in using project management platforms such as Asana, Google Drive, and Dropbox.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships.
