VMG Digital is looking for a visionary Creative Team Lead to drive innovation, mentor talent, and bring ideas to life

Key responsibilities

Make sure the quality of work sent to clients meets VMG's standard.

  • In charge of QA

  • Contributes to conceptualization/ideation of projects

Steps-in in complex projects

Train the team and contribute to honing their motion graphic design skills and/or 3D animation.

Guiding, mentoring, and coaching group leads and senior/junior graphics operators to the company's motion graphic design techniques and methods.

Works hand in hand with immediate supervisor regarding the scope of work of existing, new, and potential clients.

Maintains records and files of work performed.

Works on complex client projects.

Creates storyboards for major and potential clients and guides the seniors & juniors in creating storyboards.

Keeps abreast with the latest updates and developments in the Adobe suite of products and is able to adapt to new design and imaging techniques.

Suggests new methods and techniques to benefit current workflow processes.

Communicates with key client services managers, top management & global partners regarding current & incoming projects, collaborations, or partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) – For graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.

  • Strong storyboarding and concept development skills.

  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a creative team.

  • Strong project management skills (Trello, Asana, ).

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and global teams.

Additional Skills:

  • Understanding of industry trends and emerging design technologies.

  • Ability to optimize workflows for efficiency and quality.

  • Experience presenting creative ideas to clients and executives.
