Somewhere in Manila, the National Capital Region, is seeking a seasoned Creative Project Manager to lead our creative teams.

About the Job
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects, primarily focused on video content. This involves developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure seamless execution.
  • As the primary liaison between creative teams, strategists, and other stakeholders, you will foster smooth communication and collaboration within the team. Identify potential roadblocks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Organize and assign tasks, tracking progress and ensuring accountability. You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) on project status and team performance.
Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as creative, strategy, and production, to deliver high-quality creative assets.
  3. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to team members on project management best practices.
  4. Maintain accurate records and metrics to track project progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decisions.
  5. Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and learning from failures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing creative teams, preferably within a marketing or eCommerce environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in ClickUp, with knowledge of other project management tools like Asana and Notion being beneficial.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate project requirements clearly.
