Job Summary

We are seeking a creative leader to spearhead high-impact campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring visually compelling and brand-compliant marketing materials that align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with brand guidelines and project briefs.

Oversee the delivery of creative outputs across digital, print, video, and social platforms.

Serve as the main resource person ensuring final materials meet quality standards.

Provide creative input in visual/art direction and messaging consistency.

Take on special projects and design requirements assigned by senior leadership.

Lead and mentor a team of Graphic Designers, Animators, and Photographers.

Foster a collaborative work culture focused on innovation and quality.

Coordinate cross-functionally to meet creative deadlines and campaign objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 10 years of creative experience with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior creative role preferably within an advertising agency or in-house brand team.

Background in hospitality, luxury F&B or healthcare is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Communications, Marketing or a related field; relevant postgraduate education is a plus.

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, XD etc).

Working knowledge of AI-based design tools e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly etc.

Strong knowledge of current design, advertising and digital marketing trends especially within the luxury and lifestyle sectors.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience handling high-profile internal clients.

Must be organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
